What qualifies for a return?

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to seek a refund. Items must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging. You must receive an RMA number from La Mina De Oro before returning anything to us.

How much will I be refunded?

Refunds will only be given for the full price paid on the item(s). The initial shipment price, as well as the return shipping fee, are not refundable.

Is there a restocking fee?

A restocking fee will not be levied on returns received within the specified time range and in brand-new, unused condition. Items returned without a valid RMA# or in less than brand-new condition may be rejected.

Can I return my item in-store?

Yes. Returns are accepted in person, but must first be requested through our return portal. A valid RMA# is required before an item can be returned.

When will I receive a refund?

Refunds will be provided within 48 hours of the item being returned to our facility.
*note - if returning in person, our in-store reps will not provide the refund. All refunds will be issued through the website within 48 hours of the store alerting us that they have received the return.
